Huayna Potosi 6088m. - 2 Days + 1 Night - private
Day 1: High camp
We leave from the operating office early in the morning around 8.00 am
heading for the base camp at 4750 meters above sea level. (2hrs by private transport) Here we camp out and have dinner.
From basecamp we head up for some peak to arrive the campsite at 5250 meters.
(approx. 5 hrs walk)
Day 2: Summit
Early in the morning around 01:00 hrs we have to start climbing towards the glaciers.
From here we climb up until the summit. (6088masl)
When you reach the summit you will have beautiful views of Lake Titicaca and the Yungas area.
After a descent of 3 hours we go back to La Paz.
(arrival approx. 14.00 hrs. in the afternoon)

Notes:
- Also tour available of 3 days ( includes 1 day of practice)
- During the day is kind of warm and windy, but the nights are very cold, up to -10 degrees
- Participants must be in good physical conditions
- Acclimatization is essential before the climb
